Share Your Number is a totally FREE online community that allows you to connect with like-minded people who want to help you on your personal journey to financial success.

Technical Problems with my Blog ...

... not fun, but it happens :)

So, after receiving up / down reports on my blog - and, experiencing it myself on a couple of occasions (i.e. a "page not found" error message) - I hassled GoDaddy's tech. services team who have not yet managed to solve my problem.

That they immediately knew what the issue was indicates that this issue is not isolated to me, so I figure they must be busy fixing it.

We have lived frugally all our married life and as you've noted in one of your videos (about going to college, I recall), we now do it simply as a matter habit. We probably don't need as much income as you given our daughter is about to enter college and whether she goes to HK or Oz, it won't be nearly as much as in the US. We prefer to keep our capital working and getting into bigger and bigger projects with it. That's really our hobby, something we both enjoy as a challenging mental and emotional exercise. It's less about the money per se.

Bear in mind that in Hong Kong we don't have any capital gains tax or tax on dividends (also the transaction costs of buying and selling properties and shares are very small compared to other places). And that's in addition to the very attractive investment opportunities here with that have a China focus.
