Looking at your Comments to Adrian, two things strike me.
1) If you want us to read your blog, then it might be worth putting a single short blog-post on here telling us the URL; and
2) which stock markets do people in Israel look to invest on? Are they local to your country, or do you look to the US, or at the UK?
I note that you don't mention the stock market as an income-driver, but you do mention real estate - Adrian's a fan of Phil Town's stock market investing book, that I've summarised on my blog here at:
